FAMILY COUNSELING
Social counseling focused on families with children
InBáze offers counseling support to parents to solve current family needs, difficulties, and problems. We help with needs such as: school attendance, finding and communicating with schools, providing interpretation, tutoring, adjustment support, etc. Some of our services include providing leisure activities for children, connecting them to extracurricular activities and institutions, helping with financing options, finding suitable clubs supporting the child’s interests and talents, and more.
We provide support and possible assistance in:
- Negotiations with schools or educational facilities, authorities, doctors and other institutions
- Solving educational, training, and adjustment problems of youth
- Problem solving the family’s financial situation (employment, housing, debts, social benefits, etc.)
- Solving relationship crises (family or other)
- Searching for Czech language courses for children and parents
- Arranging educational, leisure, and enrichment programs for youth
- Finding and arranging a volunteer for regular individual tutoring
- Interpreting services
- Enrollment in kindergartens and elementary schools
- Communication with schools
- Support in solving problems related to school (attendance, adjustment, etc.)
- Housing (finding housing, negotiating with property owners, returning the deposit (security deposit), checking rental contracts, etc.)
- Assistance with registration at the employment office
- Job Assistance (writing a CV or cover letter, finding a suitable job, or assistance with changing jobs, etc.)
- Applications for material assistance benefits or state social support
- Assistance with filling out application forms (social benefits, residence in the Czech Republic, etc.)
- Health (search for doctors, registration with doctors or health facilities, health insurance, etc.)

Social and legal counseling takes place within the framework of:
- registered social services “InBáze, zs – Professional Social Counseling” (identifier 7998175), and “InBáze, zs – Social Activation Services for Migrant Families with Children Living in the City of Prague” (identifier 6141389) and is provided in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended, and Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act on Social Services.
