INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
RESPECT
Examples of topics that we often address in counseling and therapy:
- sudden crisis situations
- family problems and relationships
- conflict situations
- support in managing stress, training in using your own coping mechanisms
- recommendations and referrals to appropriate professionals and facilities in the state and private mental health care system
…and much more!
The demand for therapists’ services is high and their capacities are limited. Therefore, we ask clients to arrive on time for therapy sessions. If they are unable to attend for serious reasons, they should let the therapist know at least 24 hours in advance. If these rules are not respected, the therapists may terminate the cooperation.

I offer psychological support to people who are going through difficult periods in their lives, need to mobilize internal resources, overcome fears and blocks, or just gain motivation for transformation and self-development.
The methods I use are based on activating internal self-regulatory and healing processes through bodywork and relaxation (biorelease).
I have completed training in hypnotherapy using the Eriksson method and am currently attending a 6-year Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy training (started in 2018 and led by Monou Lisou Boyesen). It is currently possible to arrange a consultation in Litoměřicích (1 hour from Prague).
